18 years of nurturing Dhanbad's children

When I founded Funplanet in 2007, I had a simple dream: to create a place in Dhanbad where children could discover who they truly are — beyond textbooks and exams. I wanted a safe, green space where a shy child could find their voice through dance, where a restless child could channel energy into taekwondo, and where every parent could feel confident leaving their most precious one in our care.

Eighteen years later, that dream has grown beyond what I imagined. Over five thousand students have walked through our doors in Tapovan — and what started as the city's first dedicated activity center has become a home for holistic development: dance, music, art, martial arts, academics, and so much more.

I believe every child carries a unique light. Our job is not to change them — it is to help them shine brighter. That is why I handpick every instructor for both expertise and heart. That is why we offer Mother's Counseling — because a supported family raises a confident child. And that is why we still greet every parent by name.
